Vehicles can enter the US through the Noonan-Estevan border crossing daily from 9 am to 10 pm. For those entering Canada, you should note that border office keeps seasonal office hours. From the second Sunday in March to the first Saturday in November, passenger vehicles can pass through daily from 8 am to 9 pm while commercial vehicles are only allowed on weekdays between the hours of 8 am to 5 pm. For the remainder of the year, travelers can enter this port daily from 9 am to 10 pm while commercial vehicles are limited to weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm, except for holidays.

To reach the port of entry on the US side, drive on Highway 5 until you reach Highway 40. Turn north and follow it until you reach the border. To get to the border office on the Canadian side, drive north on Highway 47 past Estevan until you reach the customs office.
