New Hampshire uses the Public Access to Court Electronic Records system (PACER) system for the public to access criminal court documents on federal cases. You must sign up with a free account but then pay 10 cents per page for each record you require. The New Hampshire court website allows you to search for local, district court cases and you can also visit both federal and district courthouses and request copies of publicly available documents for criminal cases.
