Parking: Parking on Broadway and High Avenue, in the 100 block, is limited to 2 hours and is monitored by the City of New Philadelphia. The County maintains a "30 minute lot" behind the County Office Building at 125 East High Avenue. Unrestricted street parking is available starting in the 200 block of East High, starting in the 300 block of West High, and starting in the 300 block of North Broadway.
