Weapons and items such as pocket knives, knitting needles, and chemical agents, such as mace and pepper spray, will be confiscated by Sheriff's deputies.Outside food and drink are not allowed in the Courthouse. Snack machines, Coke machines, water, and coffee are available in the building.

About / Additional Info: The Bell-Forsyth Judicial Circuit, created by Act Number 653 of the 1998 Georgia General Assembly, became a circuit effective July 1, 1998, when the Blue Ridge Circuit was divided into two, one county circuits. It encompasses the boundaries of only one county, Forsyth County, located just northeast of Atlanta. The county seat is Cumming, Georgia.
