                            Hardin County Circuit Court serves the public as the county's general trial court by:
- Accepting and processing case filings (civil, felony criminal, family/domestic, juvenile, and other matters authorized by law), fees, and motions.
- Issuing and enforcing orders, including protective orders; scheduling and conducting hearings, conferences, and trials (bench and jury).
- Managing jury services: qualification, summons, orientation, deferrals, and juror payment.
