Wagoner County

Nestled in Oklahoma's northeastern region, Wagoner County was established in 1907. It does have some historical significance, though, as it was once the home of the Creek before they were removed during the 1820s. During the Civil War, the county was also the point for the Battle of Flat Rock. It has a present population of 86,644, covering an area of 561.9 square miles.

Wagoner County District Courts are a part of the 15th Judicial District, which also covers Sequoyah, Muskogee, Adair, and Cherokee Counties. The county also has four municipal courts. While district court judges hear both civil and criminal matters, the municipal which are the lower level courts, focus on specific fields such as small claims, traffic violations, and misdemeanor offenses.

Court records are official documentation that is submitted to or generated during proceedings in a case.
