McCurtain County

McCurtain County is located in southeastern Oklahoma. It was created in 1907 from parts of the former Choctaw Nation in Indian Territory. With a land area of 1,850 square miles, it is one of the largest counties in the state. According to the 2020 U.S. Census, the county had a total population of 30,821.

The judicial system of McCurtain County consists of its District Court and Municipal Courts. The District Court has the jurisdiction to hear all civil and criminal cases.
