Creek County
Creek County was created in 1907 at Oklahoma statehood and named after the Creek Nation. As of the 2020 census, it has a population of 71,754. Its county seat and largest city by land area is Sapulpa. Creek County occupies an area measuring 950 square miles, and also has water bodies covering 20 square miles in total.
The Creek County court system comprises district and municipal courts. Municipal courts hear local ordinance violations, traffic infractions, and some misdemeanors. There are currently nine municipal courts in the county:

- Kellyville Municipal Court
- Kiefer Municipal Court

The Creek County District Court is the county's court of general jurisdiction. It hears civil, criminal, small claims, probate, domestic, traffic, and juvenile cases. It also handles cases beyond the jurisdiction of municipal courts and hears appeals from municipal courts whose proceedings are not recorded.
