Caddo County
Caddo County was created in 1901 and has a population of 26,945 as of the 2020 census. Its land area is 1,278 square miles, and there are 12 square miles of water body in the county. Anadarko is the largest city and the county seat of Caddo County. Caddo County is named after the Caddo tribe, who were settled in the region in 1870.
The Caddo County court system comprises district and municipal courts. Municipal courts hear municipal ordinance violations and some misdemeanors. There are currently 12 municipal courts in county:

The Caddo County District Court is the county's court of general jurisdiction. It handles criminal, civil, family, traffic, and juvenile cases. It also handles cases that are beyond the jurisdiction of municipal courts. In addition, the Caddo County District Court hears appeals from municipal courts whose proceedings are not recorded.
