Bergenfield Municipal Court provides front-line justice services for local violations. It handles traffic and parking offenses; DWI/Refusal, driver-license and insurance violations; municipal ordinance/code violations; and disorderly persons/petty disorderly persons offenses (e.g., simple assault, harassment, shoplifting, trespass, drug paraphernalia), plus fish/game and weights-and-measures matters.
