Atlantic City Municipal Court provides front-line justice services for local, non-indictable matters. It processes case filings and citizen complaints for traffic and parking tickets, municipal-ordinance violations, and disorderly/petty-disorderly persons offenses (e.g., DUI/DWI, simple assault, harassment, shoplifting under statutory thresholds, minor drug possession, fish/game and boating violations).
