Bingham County Magistrate Court provides front-line judicial services for county residents. It accepts and processes case filings for infractions, traffic, misdemeanors, certain civil disputes (including small claims), landlord-tenant/evictions, domestic relations (divorce, custody, child support), juvenile, probate (estates, guardianships, adoptions), and conducts felony initial appearances and preliminary hearings.
