About / Additional Info: The Delta Combined (District and County) Court is located in the Delta County Courthouse at 5th and Palmer Streets in Delta, Colorado. Eighteen employees including a district judge, county judge, magistrate, clerk of court, deputy clerks, and probation officers are assigned to the County and District Courts and probation in the Delta County Courthouse or probation offices. All the court and probation employees work for the State of Colorado – Judicial Branch of Government. Delta County government offices are also located in the Delta County Courthouse.
