Victoria County, located in southeastern Texas, has a population of 91,664, of which 89.1% are of white descent. It comprises the entirety of the Victoria, Texas, Media Market and falls within the Victoria Metropolitan Statistical Area. The county seat is the city of Victoria, which was incorporated in 1839.
