Henry County
Henry County was established in 1821 and is the 22nd largest county in Tennessee by total area, spanning approximately 561.9 square miles of land. According to the 2020 U.S. Census, the county recorded a total population of 32,199 people. The county was named after Patrick Henry. Paris, the largest city in Henry County, serves as its administrative hub.
The court system in Henry County consists of a Circuit Court, a Chancery Court, a General Session Court, a Juvenile Court, and three Municipal Courts. The Henry County Circuit Court has general jurisdiction over most legal matters.
