Clark County
Clark County was created in 1792 and named after George Rogers Clark. Winchester is the largest city and county seat. According to the 2023 United States Census, the county reported a total population of 37,304 residents. It covers approximately 252.49 square miles of land.
The court system in Clark County comprises a Circuit Court and a District Court. The Clark County Circuit Court has general jurisdiction over most criminal and civil cases.
