Boyle County
Located in the center of Kentucky, Boyle County was formed in 1842 and named after a Chief Justice of the Kentucky Court of Appeals, John Boyle. It has a land area of 180 square miles and, according to the 2020 U.S. census, a population of 30,614. Danville is its largest city and county seat. Junction City and Perryville are the other cities in the county. The people of Boyle County are served by a Circuit Court and a District Court.
